By subscribing to SES services via the website or application, you agree to the following terms (Terms of Use). Services provided by SES under the Terms of Use include many products, features and tools that help you create and manage your e-business (services).

SES is entitled to update and change the Terms of Use by posting updates and changes to its website or application. We also recommend that you visit the Site from time to time for any update that may affect you.

  1. Account Terms

  • User acknowledges that activation of SADAD Account and / or Credit Card Payment Services and / or Visa / MasterCard will be entirely his responsibility as the account holder. 2.5 Domain Names (Store Link):

  • SES allows the account holder the subdomains feature “sendos.org” for his or her store that he can use and share with customers.
  • SES allows the account holder to link the primary and secondary identifier when purchasing an identifier (link) through third party services as long as the SES account is still active. The Account Holder acknowledges responsibility for purchasing, activating and deactivating the domain (link) at will.   1. General Provisions

  1. SES rights
  • You may modify or terminate the Service for any reason without notice at any time.
  • You may refuse to activate the Service for any person for any reason at any time.
  • SES may remove the content of the Store and accounts that contain content that SES deems at its sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, or violates the Terms of Use.

  • SES has the right to open the license to use the names, trademarks, service marks and logos associated with the User Store to promote the Service.
  1. Payment of fees
  • The User pays for the subscription fees (“Subscription Fees”) and any other required fees including but not limited to the processing fees in your account (“Transaction Fees”) and fees related to the purchase of any products or services such as equipment or shipping.   • The user must write valid credit card information in the registration file to pay all periodic financial obligations.   • All fees do not include government, regional or local sales or other national sales, goods, services and fees. Or fees that are in the future.
  1. Cancellation and Termination
  • The user can cancel his account at any time by communicating with info@SES.sa and then follow the instructions specified referred to in the mail message from SES .
  • When either party cancels services for any reason:
    • SES will stop providing the user with services and will no longer be able to access their account
    • The user does not have the right to refund any fees, unless otherwise stated in the Terms of Use
    • Any balance due to SES as a result of your use of the Services through this termination date will be immediately payable in full and the user’s location services will cease immediately.
  • If the expiry date is due and there is a fee not paid by the user one final invoice will be sent via email. Once the invoice is paid in full, the user will no longer be charged.
  • SES reserves the right to modify or terminate the Services for the user or his account for any reason at any time and without notice.
  • Fraudulence and Fraud: SES is entitled to suspend or terminate your account when you are suspected of involvement in embezzlement activity in connection with the services of SES or any of its customers and to take any other legal action if necessary.
  1. Modifications to the service and prices
